The Dance Collective is excited to offer this 3 part Movement Meditation series for those with a passion to move and a desire for a deeper connection between mind and body. This pilot series is open to individuals with various movement abilities to ignite an appreciation of their body and its unique mobility. The classes will be built upon a holistic foundation of mindful and active listening to the body as it moves. Using gentle verbal cues, colorful imagery, and various levels of effort, movers in this class will have the chance to get better acquainted with their bodies, reclaim their movement, and become empowered.
